Medicinal

Mostly used to help with an upset stomach and/or bloating. Chew on some seeds after a meal to aid in digestion and freshen your breath.

Cocktail

Muddle some leafy Fennel fronds and mix with Campari. Pair with appetizers for a lovely aperitif.

Tea

Fennel tea can be enjoyed for it's unmistakable anise flavor. Commonly used to aid in digestion, reduce bloating and boost metabolism.
