Cooking

Lemon Balm can be used for adding citrus flavor to your favorite sweet treats like breads, cookies and fruit salads. It can also be used as a substitute for recipes calling for lemon peel.

Medicinal

A bright cheery herb with an invigorating aroma used for lessening the effects of mild depression and anxiety. Topically it can be used as an antiviral.

Cocktail

Incorporate fresh lemon balm leaves into a cold lemonade or a custom made spritzer with sparkling water. Add alcohol if that tickles your fancy.

Tea

Fresh or dried lemon balm leaves can be added to hot water. Allow to steep for about ten minutes. Add honey for a hint of sweet with your citrus.
