Commonly compared to oregano but with a more mild, floral flavoring. Use to flavor meatballs, sausages, salads and sauces. A mild garnish for egg dishes and soups as well.

Helps with common cold symptoms like sore throats and stuffy sinuses.

Cocktail

Blend fresh marjoram with berries. Combine puree with sparkling water or club soda, ice and lemon for a refreshing beverage.

Tea

Dried Marjoram steeped in hot water is delightful herbal tea to be enjoyed any time of day. Sweeten with a hint of honey if desired.
