Ingredients
- 2 lbs of red potatoes cut in half, washed
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Prepare a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
- In a large bowl toss all the ingredients until the potatoes are completely covered.
- Place potatoes in the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, toss them every 15 minutes to bake them evenly in all sides.
- Remove them from the oven and serve hot.
