Ingredients
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar, or your favorite vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh or dried
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Toss all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Whisk until fully emulsified.
